I wanted to send a letter to thank you [Virginia Professional Wildlife Removal Services] for your prompt and professional response to our call yesterday! When our 11 year-old daughter found a snake in our master bedroom, we were all terrified, especially her. Although my husband was able to capture and remove the snake, we weren't sure how it got in, if it was poisonous, or if there were more where it came from. We called your office at around 5pm on a Saturday--expecting to be told that someone could help us out on Monday when the office was open. Instead, you understood how frightened we were and that we were unable to relax in our own home and said you'd be here within the hour--and you were!

When you arrived, you provided a thorough inspection of our home inside and out and gave us specific information about possible entry points and what we could do to prevent snakes and other pests from getting in. Additionally, you were able to share with us information about the snake we found (thankfully, it was not poisonous!), how snakes "operate," what do to if we ever came across another one, and gave us the honest information about how to protect our home. You didn't try to sell us anything and actually gave us information to prevent us from spending money on items that don't work. And, included in your fee, you left traps that would catch anything that moved. Wow. You didn't try to nickel and dime the scared people, who would have probably bought anything you had to sell. I have already told ALL of my friends how wonderful you were and how lucky we were to find you.

Most importantly, you and your wife being here really put our minds at ease. While you were working with my husband on the outside of the house and yard, your wife did a through search of the inside. She was so wonderful with our daughter. She knew how scared she was and she took the time to really check through EVERYTHING in her bedroom and ours to make sure there weren't snakes hiding in some dark corner. She went through closets, drawers, under the bed, and around and behind furniture and cushions. I mean, she really searched the house to make sure we felt safe again. She answered every question honestly --even if it was scary to hear -- but she did it gently and with great care. I am still amazed at how fearless she is -- for such a tiny little lady, she ain't scared of nothin'!

We sincerely appreciate what you did for our family! We will be keeping your contact information and you will be the ONLY company we call should we have any problems like this in the future. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
